The Smt K.C.M. Shah B.Ed. College was established in the year of 2003 by Sarvodaya Charitable Trust ,Kakanpur
With the aim to provide effective & relevant Bachelor Education to the youngsters and to serve the need of the society. It is approved by N.C.T.E. Bhopal; letter no WRC/2-32/323029/2003/46/2763, affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
The college at present has an intake of 100 students. The college is located rural area of the central Gujarat at natural place with efficient infrastructure which includes spacious and well lit classrooms. The college has well maintained hostel for students with canteen and mess facilities. The college provides its students with the state of the art infrastructure facilities and caters to their needs.
Library, Science laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, two Computer Lab and other infrastructural facilities are being provided by Smt K.C.M. Shah B.Ed. College.
KCMS emphasizes pursuit of high ideals namely excellence in teaching and learning, high achievement levels, all round development of personality, self-reliance, innovation and introduction of new technologies, besides ensuring professional growth of teachers. The College has been offering teacher education programmes for over 11 years now.
